Your order will only be despatched after receipt of payment.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online by credit card using our order form. Our ordering system also provides the option of paying by cheque. You can also print out an order form, which you can fill in and send to us by post. You can also send for a printed brochure and order form if you prefer.

DELIVERY

Woven and iron-on name tapes are despatched within 14 days. All orders are posted by 2nd class post to UK addresses so allow one ,or two days for delivery from the time of despatch.

We post to addresses outside the UK using Airmail small packet. Allow 14 days Europe, 21 days for the rest of the world.

GUARANTEE

If you are not delighted with your name tapes or luggage straps simply return within 1 month for a full no questions asked refund of your total purchase price. You pay return postage only. In the unlikely event that you are returning the tapes or straps because there is a manufacturing fault, we will pay your return postage costs ass well as a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will contact you by email or post in the unlikely event there Is any delay in despatching your order, when you will have the opportunity of cancelling the order for a full refund, or accepting the delay.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order by emalling us or phoning us within 12 hours of placing your order. Because we work on a very fast turnaround we are unable to stop an order after this time.
